Shareable Links
Publish your form and share it via a public link. Set custom slugs for memorable URLs.
Every published form on SmarterForm gets a public URL that you can share with anyone. No login required for respondents—they just click the link and fill out your form.
How Shareable Links Work
When you publish a form, SmarterForm generates a public URL. There are two types of URLs:
Default URL (Form ID)
Every form automatically gets a URL based on its unique ID:
https://yourdomain.com/f/[formId]
Example: https://smarterform.dev/f/j7d8k2m5n4p9
Custom Slug (Optional)
You can set a custom slug for a more memorable URL:
https://yourdomain.com/f/s/[your-slug]
Example: https://smarterform.dev/f/s/contact-form

Sharing Best Practices
- Test before sharing: Open your form's public URL in an incognito window to test the respondent experience.
- Use custom slugs for campaigns: Makes tracking and sharing easier (e.g.,
/f/s/webinar-march). - Share multiple ways: Use direct links, QR codes, and embeds together for maximum reach.
- Monitor analytics: Check your Analytics tab regularly to see who's responding.
Other Sharing Methods
- QR Code Sharing — Generate QR codes for offline distribution
- Embedding Forms — Embed your form directly on your website
