Using SmarterForm
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Do not publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content in forms or responses.
- Respect respondent privacy and only collect data you are allowed to process.
Availability and changes
- The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
- Features can evolve; we will aim to keep disruptions minimal.
- This is a template and may be updated before and after launch.
Data and ownership
- You own your form content and responses. We store them to operate the product.
- Form owners can delete content; removal requests can be sent to support@smarterform.com.
- We use cloud providers and processors needed for hosting, email, and analytics.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed based on the prices shown in-app.
- Charges, renewals, and cancellations follow the settings in your account.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Liability
- SmarterForm is provided as-is without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
