What we collect
- Account details (like your email) to provide access to your workspace.
- Form content and responses so you can publish, autosave, and recover submissions.
- Product analytics (views, starts, completes) to keep the service reliable and improve the experience.
How we store and use data
- Data is stored in our cloud providers and kept only for operating SmarterForm.
- Form owners control their content and can delete forms or responses.
- We do not sell data. Processors are limited to what is needed to run email, hosting, analytics, and support.
Cookies and tracking
- Authentication and session cookies keep you signed in.
- Product analytics is limited to service health and feature usage (no ad tracking).
Your choices
- Remove a form or response to delete its stored data.
- Contact us to request changes or removals if you cannot complete them in-app.
